Synopsis: Love of Siam is the story of many kinds of love, as viewed through the eyes of Tong (Mario Maurer), a sixth-form student whose sister disappeared when he was still a child, and who carries around that emotional scar. When we first meet him, Tong has a girlfriend, Donut (Aticha Pongsilpipat).
However, Tong slowly distances himself from her, after he is reunited with a childhood friend, Mew (Wichawisit Hiranwongkul). Mew has a talent for singing and piano, and is trying to compose a love song for a music label. However, having lost his parents he has little experience of love himself, so Tong tries to help him.
Mew has his own admirer, a girl living next door; Ying (Kanya Rattanapetch). She and Tong’s girlfriend have one thing in common: they can’t seem to get the attention of the man they want.
Through Mew, Tong meets a girl who runs his band. June (Chermarn Boonyasak) looks remarkably like his sister, who went missing on a trip to the North years before. Since she left, Tong’s father (Songsit Rungnopakunsri) has been a miserable drunk.
